Finding Her is based on the true story of Lienke and Guus Hagers, devoted newlyweds, deeply in love. When World War II spreads to the Dutch East Indies they lose everything they have, and they lose each other. As one of the best bomber pilots in the Airforce, Guus is sent on a short mission to Australia to collect new planes.
